The laser cutting machine mainly consists of the following parts:
1、 Laser generator
The laser generator is an important component of a laser cutting machine and a device that generates a laser light source. Due to the high requirements for the beam of light in laser cutting, not all laser generators are suitable for cutting processes. For metal cutting processing, a common laser generator is a fiber laser generator.
2、 Cutting head
The cutting head is a laser output device. Mainly composed of nozzles, focusing lenses, focusing and tracking systems, etc. A focusing lens focuses the energy of a laser beam and travels through a high-energy density spot.
3、 Motor
The motor of the laser cutting machine is the core component of the motion system. The quality of the motor directly affects the efficiency and process of cutting. The main commonly used in the metal processing industry is servo motors, which are widely popular due to their advantages of high motion, high load, and stable performance.
4、 Host Workbench
The machine bed, crossbeam, worktable, and Z-axis system of the laser cutting machine are combined as the main unit. The machine tool mainly consists of a weighing bed and a driving part, which is used to achieve the mechanical part of XYZ axis movement. The control system is used to control the entire cutting device.
5、 Beam transmission component
The main component in the beam transmission component is a refracting mirror, which is used to guide the laser in the desired direction.
6、 Cooling system
Used to cool the laser generator. A laser is a device that converts electrical energy into light energy, and the remaining heat is taken away by a chiller to ensure the normal operation of the laser generator. In addition, the cooling system can also cool the focusing and reflecting mirrors of the external optical path of the machine tool, ensuring stable beam transmission quality during the cutting process.
